We are a Hardworking All Girl Cheer Squad who strive to have Fun at Games, and a good competitive program!!
 
Here is an idea of what we do during our year!
 
Games:
Football games are mostly Saturdays 12:00pm, sometimes a night game or two. 
Basketball games are mostly Wed nights(5:30 & 7:30) Saturday afternoon (1:00 & 3:00)....check out these schedules at
 
Competitions:
they are in Jan-April (we usuallly attend 3-5 different local ones)then Can am Nationals in March Myrtle Beach or Battle at the Capitol In DC!
 
Practices:
Tues 8-10:30pm
Wed 8-10:30pm
Fri 1-3pm or
Sun 7-9:30 pm

We have team workout days twice
a week (partners or groups)

Camp:
we attend UCA college summer cheer camp

 
Fundraising:

We run stunt clinics/camp for area schools, we do a
fundraiser car washes, bake sales, candle sales, t-shirt sales, sponsors...

Other Squad Events:

The squad participates in the on campus Western Day of service, Sigma Chi Derby Day charity fundraiser, the local Walk America March of Dimes charity walk a thon, we have helped at Danburys Dorothy Day soup Kitchen, Christmas caroling at the hursing home, Relay for Life, Up til Dawn St Judes event, Run or Dye race volunteering, Ronald Macdonald house, Chuck's Mini Mudder volunteering....

Coach Debbie Parsons Bisaccia- is a Western Graduate with a degree in Communication Human Relations.  She works in the WCSU Recreation department and oversees the 3 gyms and pool on campus, and is inolved in planning on campus acvtivities.  Debbie has coached the WCSU Cheer program for 15 years, she is AACCA safety certified, AACCA judging certified, has a background of 12 years cheering and 10 years dancing herself.  She is CPR and First Aid certified.  She has attended UCA coaching conferences and has other various certifications. She helps out area cheer squads with choreography, cleaning routines, judging competitions, judging tryouts, teaching stunt clinics, and she has taught cheer classes at area gymnastics center, she was a former WCSU squad member!
 
Recent events- She has a been coaching Brookfield Popwarner cheer teams for the past 3 seasons. This summer once again she is attending UCA Cheer College camp and the coaches classes that they offer. June 2011 she attended a national Nirsa Fitness and Wellness Conference.
