We are a Hardworking All Girl Cheer Squad who strive to have Fun at Games, and a good competitive program!!
 
Here is an idea of what we do during our year!
 
Games:
Football games are Saturdays 12:00pm or 6:00pm
Basketball games are mostly Tues nights(5:30 & 7:30) Saturday afternoon (1:00& 3:00)....check out these schedules at
 
Competitions:
they are in Jan-April (we currently attend 3-5 different ones)
 
Practices:
Tues 8-10:30pm (Take One Cheer Academy)
Wed 8-10:30pm (at school Mid-town gym)
Sun 7-9:30 pm ( at school mid-town gym)

We have team workout days twice
a week (partners or groups)

Camp:
we attended UCA college summer cheer camp-it was mandatory for all squad members- it was held at SCSU this year it was August 2-4 2009!!!

Fundraising:

We run stunt clinics/camp for area schools, we do a
fundraiser car washes, bake sales, candle sales, t-shirt sales, sponsors...

Other Squad Events:

The squad participates in the on campus Sigma Chi Derby Day charity fundraiser, the local Walk America March of Dimes charity walk a thon, we have helped at Danburys Dorothy Day soup Kitchen Santa's Workshop helping decorate and giving out presents to less fortunate kids, Relay for Life, Campus to Campus 5k volunteering....

Coach Debbie Bisaccia- is a Western Graduate with a degree in Communication Human Relations.  Debbie has coached the WCSU Cheer program for 8 years, she is AACCA safety certified, AACCA judging certified, has a background of 12 years cheering and 10 years dancing herself.  She is CPR and First Aid certified.  She has attended UCA coaching conferences and has other various certifications. She helps out area cheer squads with choreography, cleaning routines, judging competitions, judging tryouts, teaching stunt clinics, and she has taught cheer classes at area gymnastics center, she was a former WCSU squad member!
